市场经济是法治经济、契约经济。企业对外的各项经济往来多是通过合同形式进行的。合同是企业从事经济活动取得经济效益的桥梁和纽带,同时也是产生纠纷的根源,合同管理已经日益受到企业管理层的重视,成为企业经营管理的重要组成部分,同时也是企业法律顾问的一项重点工作。企业法律顾问运用自己的专业知识,通过促进企业建立健全合同管理制度,参加合同的起草、审核、谈判,监督履行合同,妥善处理合同纠纷等工作,对企业规范合同管理,有效防范和化解合同法律风险,实现企业权益最大化等方面发挥着重要作用。
Market economy is the rule of law economy, contract economy. The economic exchanges between enterprises and foreign countries mostly through the contract form. The contract is the bridge and link between enterprises in economic activities to achieve economic benefits, but also the root causes of disputes, contract management has been increasingly valued by the management of the enterprise, as an important part of business management, but also a corporate legal counsel focus jobs.
