甘草如果每天服用50克以上的甘草,就可能会发生毒副作用。一次研究发现,每天服用186-746克甘草的5个病人出现了单眼或双眼闪光性盲点和视力丧失,同时伴有头痛、血压升高。
If you take licorice more than 50 grams of licorice per day, toxic side effects may occur. One study found that five patients who took 186-746 grams of licorice daily had blinking monocular or binocular blindness and loss of vision, along with headaches and elevated blood pressure.
