结合自组装的网格型电极,试验研究次氯酸钠发生器在不同盐水温度、不同运行模式、有无冷却措施等情况下的运行效果。试验结果表明:降低电解槽内盐水温度可有效提高次氯酸钠发生器的电解效率。增设循环冷却水或间歇式运行可提高有效氯产量38%~42%、电流效率37%~65%,降低运行成本5.217~10.185元/kg。增设循环冷却水情况下有效氯产量最高可达263g,相应的理论运行成本为8.876元/kg;电解270~310min时,有效氯产量为235~250g,运行成本最低,为7.989~8.066元/kg。在实际应用中,应根据产氯量、运行成本等因素综合考虑电解时间。
Combined with the self-assembled grid-type electrode, the effect of sodium hypochlorite generator operating under different brine temperatures, different operating modes and with or without cooling measures was investigated experimentally. The experimental results show that the electrolysis efficiency of sodium hypochlorite generator can be effectively improved by reducing the brine temperature in the electrolyzer. The addition of circulating cooling water or intermittent operation can increase effective chlorine production by 38% ~ 42%, current efficiency by 37% ~ 65%, and reduce operating costs by 5.217 ~ 10.185 yuan / kg. With the addition of circulating cooling water, the available chlorine production is up to 263g, and the corresponding theoretical operating cost is 8.876yuan / kg. When the electrolysis is 270-310min, the effective chlorine production is 235-250g, and the lowest operating cost is 7.989-8.066yuan / kg . In practical application, the electrolysis time should be comprehensively considered according to the amount of chlorine produced, the operating cost and other factors.
