作者对分枝桿菌链霉素依赖变种(Jucho)的某些生物化学性质进行了研究。系以苏通氏培养基中加入链霉素和不加链霉素的方法对Jucho株的酸溶性部分、磷脂、RNA、DNA以及蛋白质等的含量,与菌株的生长情况进行了比较研究。发现在无链霉素和有链霉素的情况下,菌体内RNA和蛋白质的含量于24小时时均增加(相当于迟缓期),而在24小时后则有链霉素存在的菌体内的RNA含量迅速下降,而无链霉素存在的菌体内RNA含量仍保持相当水平。而DNA的合成于无链霉素存在时停止进行。此外根据无链霉素存在时进入菌体内
The authors studied certain biochemical properties of the mycobacterium streptomycin-dependent variant (Jucho).
