我科于1995年7月-2003年7月共收治小儿氟乙酰胺中毒37例,现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组患儿均系接诊后或住院过程中确诊,共37例。其中男16例,女21例,年龄1-12岁,其中-3岁12例,-7岁17例,-13岁8例,农村儿童28例,城市儿童9例。中毒途径:均为误服,其中误服灭鼠毒饵25例(包括糖果、饼干、苹果片、地瓜干),玩空农药瓶5例,误服原药4例,误认为食盐放入菜中集体中毒3例。
