世界25个国家心血管病与微量元素关系的调查表明:缺血性心脏病与微量元素硒呈负相关。国外用硒—VE复合制剂治疗心绞痛能明显减少心绞痛的发作。用硒预防克山病急发及治疗大骨节病在我国已广泛使用。然而,合理给药方案尚未得到很好解决。为此,作者对人体多次口服亚硒酸钠稳态血药浓度进行了研究。
A survey of the relationship between cardiovascular disease and trace elements in 25 countries of the world shows that there is a negative correlation between ischemic heart disease and trace element selenium. Foreign selenium-VE compound preparation for the treatment of angina can significantly reduce the onset of angina pectoris. Selenium prevention of Keshan disease with Selenium and treatment of Kashin-Beck disease has been widely used in our country. However, rational drug delivery has not been well addressed. To this end, the author of the human body repeatedly oral sodium selenite steady-state plasma concentrations were studied.
