用~(60)Co-γ射线处理两个小麦品种的种子,研究M_1代生理损伤对单株籽粒蛋白质含量的影响和M_2代中辐射对蛋白质基因的诱变效果,阐述以单位籽粒蛋白质产量为指标筛选高蛋白质基因型的理论和方法,并对M_2代选择效果进行讨论。
The seeds of two wheat cultivars were treated with ~ (60) Co-γ rays to study the effect of physiological injury on the grain protein content of the M 1 generation and the mutagenic effect of the radiation on the protein gene in the M_2 generation.
