在高速铁路无碴轨道(板式)结构的建设过程中,最为关键的一种材料便是CA砂浆。在本篇文章中,主要针对环境温度(零下20℃~20℃)下,CA砂浆本身的应力水平保持在0.65~0.9的范围内,而实际加载频率大小保持在10Hz,同时针对正弦波加载环境下产生的疲劳特性进行研究。根据实际结果表明,所研究制造的CA砂浆针对素质以及应力水平下其疲劳寿命所显现出的线性相关性较为的良好;对于CA砂浆而言,其本身的抗压强度大小,会因为环境温度的变化而产生较大的波动,在盈利水平保持相同的情况下,CA砂浆本身的疲劳寿命(负温环境)较之常温而言更差一些,而CA砂浆本身的粘弹特性使其在零下20℃的环境下仍然可以保持较为出色的耐疲劳特性。
