Abstract Objective To evaluate the changes of neurochemicals in the putamen of patients with Parkinson’s disease after L-DOPA treatment (start of drug) and levodopa withdrawal (withdrawal) and compare with those of healthy volunteers Biomarkers to identify the sensitivity of dopamine treatment in Parkinson’s disease.
