随着社会对不同人才的需求,中等职业学校培养目标的多元化成为历史必然,作为中等职业学校历史教师必然要在有限的课堂教学中,开展有效的历史教学。这就需要教师更新教育理念,改变传统的教学观念,建立新型的师生关系,构建和谐平等开放的学习氛围,让学生成为历史学习的真正主人,不断转化并采取有效的教学方法、途径与策略,促使学生学会学习。
