在国家实行“三馆”(文化馆、图书馆、博物馆)免费开放后,对三馆的日常工作提出了更高的要求。博物馆的免费开放给广大群众带来了实惠,同时也增加了工作任务,加大了工作强度。免费开放使博物馆从封闭走向社会,工作性质发生了重大转折,对博物馆来说是一场新的考验。要完成国家的任务要求,使免费开放受惠群众,真正发挥博物馆的文化影响力,提升群众的文化素质,必须充分发挥博物馆员工队伍的作用。抓住免费开放的机遇,大加加强员工队伍建设,解决好软硬件不协调的问题,对促进博物馆免费开放、全面提升博物馆的整体水平,意义重大。
After the state implemented the “Three Museums” (cultural centers, libraries and museums) free of charge, they put higher demands on the daily work of the Three Halls. The museum’s free opening up has brought substantial benefits to the general public, while also increasing the work tasks and increasing the intensity of work.
