[目的]对11株杂交竹枯萎病病菌进行基础生物学特性研究。[方法]以11株分离自广西华劲竹林发展有限公司枯萎病发病严重竹林基地的杂交竹枯萎病病菌为材料,进行最适生长条件与孢子萌发最适条件的确认及致死温度的测定。[结果]11株菌株的最适生长培养基和光照条件各不相同,最适生长温度为24~28℃,最适pH值在7.0~11.0,乳糖和山梨醇为最佳碳源,酵母浸膏为最佳氮源。分生孢子萌发的最适温度为24~30℃左右,最佳碳源为麦芽糖、乳糖、蔗糖,最佳氮源为酵母浸膏、牛肉浸膏。分生孢子的致死温度为50℃(10min)。[结论]该研究为杂交竹枯萎病的防治奠定了良好的理论基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the basic biological characteristics of 11 strains of Fusarium wilt pathogen. [Method] With 11 pathogenic hybrid Fusarium wilt pathogen isolates from Guangxi Huazhen Bamboo Forest Development Co., Ltd. as the base of the serious blight disease of bamboo blight, the optimal conditions for growth and spore germination were determined and the lethal temperature was determined. [Result] The optimal growth medium and illumination conditions of 11 strains were different. The optimal growth temperature was 24-28 ℃, the optimum pH value was 7.0-11.0. Lactose and sorbitol were the best carbon sources, yeast extract Ointment is the best nitrogen source. The optimal temperature for conidia germination was 24 ~ 30 ℃. The best carbon source was maltose, lactose and sucrose. The best nitrogen source was yeast extract and beef extract. The lethal temperature of conidia is 50 ℃ (10min). [Conclusion] The study laid a good theoretical foundation for the prevention and treatment of hybrid bamboo blight.
