2002年4月,深圳东进通讯技术公司凭借全新的NADK软件开发包和CompactPCI技术,推出了国内第一块基于Compact PCI技术的语音卡,它是东进技术新推出DN系列的主打产品,有专家称很可能会引发国内CTI应用系统开级换代的热潮。但这个被誉为“中国CTI产业里程碑”的基于PCI技术的DN系列产品能否被市场所认同,能在中国CTI市场中占有多大席位,目前还难下定论。随着信息技术的不断进步,弱者如何在垄断尚未完全形成的阶段完成自身的飞跃,实现由弱到强的发展变化过程,是目前国内CTI企业所面临的现实问题。
In April 2002, Shenzhen Dongjin Communication Technology Co., Ltd., with its new NADK software development kit and CompactPCI technology, introduced China’s first voice card based on Compact PCI technology. It is the flagship product of the new DN series introduced by Dongjin Technology. Experts said that it is likely to trigger the upsurge of CTI application systems in China. However, this DN series product based on PCI technology, which is hailed as “China’s CTI industry milestone”, can be recognized by the market and can occupy a large number of seats in China’s CTI market. At present, it is difficult to make a conclusion. With the continuous advancement of information technology, how weak people complete their own leap in the stage where monopoly is not yet fully formed and realize the process of development from weak to strong are the real problems faced by domestic CTI companies.
