一、前言表面化学热处理,无疑是提高机械零件耐磨性的经济而有效的方法,其中软氮化为应用较广的工艺之一。在国外,此工艺已广泛应用于各种轻载耐磨零件、动力机械、精密机械、纺织机械、机床、自行车、缝纫机等方面,其效益引人注目。在国内,此工艺大约也有10年历史,但至今应用并不广泛,原因之一是许多设计人员对它的特点还缺乏了解。特别是因为气体软氮化渗层较浅,硬度又不很高,故对它是否有足够的耐磨性,能否适应产品使用要求,持怀疑态度。针对此种情况,我们作了些试验,以求说明此工艺耐磨的特性。
I. Introduction Surface chemical heat treatment is undoubtedly an economical and effective way to improve the wear resistance of mechanical parts. Among them, nitrocarburizing is one of the widely used processes. Abroad, this craft has been widely used in all kinds of light-load wear-resistant parts, power machinery, precision machinery, textile machinery, machine tools, bicycles, sewing machines, etc., the efficiency of attracting attention. In China, this process is about 10 years old, but it is not widely used so far. One of the reasons is that many designers still lack the understanding of its characteristics. Especially because gas nitriding layer is relatively shallow, hardness is not very high, so whether it has sufficient wear resistance, can meet the product requirements, skeptical. In view of this situation, we made some experiments, in order to illustrate the process of wear-resistant properties.
