鉴于堤防工程结构复杂,在风险估计时,宜将整个堤防工程划分为若干组合堤、单元堤进行分析。在原有组合堤与单元堤概念的基础上,结合险工险段识别与专家经验方法,将单元堤安全等级按抗洪能力、渗透情况、结构稳定、抗震能力等因素分为4级,给出全面的单元堤安全状态指标级别判别依据与判别方法,并以洪泽湖大堤风险评估为例,通过分析失效概率与失事后果的计算结果,有效验证了该方法的准确性。
In view of the complicated structure of embankment project, it is advisable to divide the whole embankment project into several combined embankments and unit embankments for risk assessment. Based on the original concept of combined embankment and unit dyke, combined with the identification of risk insurance and expert experience, the safety grade of unit dyke is divided into four levels according to factors of flood resistance, infiltration, structural stability and seismic capacity, Based on the criteria and discriminant method of the safety status of unit dikes and the risk assessment of Hongze Lake embankment as an example, the accuracy of this method is validated by analyzing the calculation results of the failure probability and the consequences of failure.
