1994年将资源调查中得到的Glomusmosseae的4种不同菌株S(山东)、A(美国)、91(新疆)、92(新疆)分别接种在土壤含水量分别为15%,10%和5%,并含磷矿粉的盆栽大豆(Glycinerax)上,以不接种孢子的为对照,经测定,3个水分条件下供试的4个菌株都有侵染,其中S和91菌株以10%水分处理侵染率最高,A和92菌株以15%处理侵染率最高;在水分充足时,大豆磷含量菌根株比非菌根株显著增加,其中接种91的植株在各种水分条件下,含磷量都高;菌根株的萎蔫系数均显著低于非菌根株,且在5%和15%水分条件下,接种S和A植株萎蔫系数显著低于接种91和92的植株。
