MBA教育将管理彻底等同于科学,为之建立了细化的课程体系,包括技术培训、市场调研、财务分析,从根本上背弃了“管理是一门艺术”的实质。《管理和你想的不一样》这本书倒也有些内容,可以被抽出来作为应景谈资。国内某商学院最近意外走红,连带MBA(含EMBA,下同)教育又在公众讨论中火了一把。不少人在争论,MBA的作用,除了“拆散重组”之外还有什么。该书对MBA给予了严厉的批评,认为MBA只是一种灌输商业时尚的教育,短期内没什么用,长期来看则反而有害。
MBA education completely equates management with science, and has established a detailed curriculum system, including technical training, market research and financial analysis, which has fundamentally abandoned the essence of “management is an art.” The book “Management is Different from What You Think” is a bit out of the box and can be pulled out as a presentation. A domestic business school recently unexpectedly popular, with the MBA (including EMBA, the same below) education in the public discussion of a fire. Many people are arguing that the role of MBA is anything but “break-up restructuring.” The book harshly criticized the MBA, that the MBA is only an infusion of business fashion education, the short term useless in the long run is harmful.
