目的:分析西宁地区骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者应用快速扩弓结合前方牵引矫治的临床疗效。方法:选择替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错患者21例,通过快速扩弓结合前方牵引矫治,对比矫治前后X线头影测量变化。结果:经过平均6个月的牵引所有患者SNA角增大,SNB角减小,上颌标志点A点、ANS点明显前移,下颌标志点B点、Pog点显著后下移位,ANB、ANS-Ptm值显著增大,SN-MP值增大,下面高增加,侧貌明显改善。结论:快速扩弓结合前方牵引疗效肯定,可有效促进上颌骨向前生长,抑制下颌骨生长,与平原地区无明显差异。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of rapid expansion combined with anterior traction in patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion in Xining area. Methods: Twenty-one patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were selected and treated by rapid expansion combined with anterior traction. The changes of X-cephalometry before and after the treatment were compared. Results: The SNA angle increased, the SNB angle decreased, the points A and ANS markedly moved forward, the points B and Pog of the mandibular sign markedly shifted downward, and the ANB, ANS -Ptm value increased significantly, SN-MP value increased below the increase, the profile was significantly improved. Conclusion: The rapid expansion combined with anterior traction sure effect can effectively promote the forward growth of the maxilla, inhibit the growth of the mandible, with no significant difference with the plain.
