住建部近日发布《“十二五”绿色建筑和绿色生态城区发展规划》,明确提出:在“十二五”将在全国选择100个城市新建区域按照绿色生态城区标准规划、建设和运行;并完成北方采暖地区既有居住建筑供热计量和节能改造4亿平方米以上,夏热冬冷和夏热冬暖地区既有居住建筑节能改造5000万平方米,公共建筑节能改造6000万平方米;结合农村危房改造实施农村节能示范住宅40万套。
