采用ANSYS软件研究了冷却系数对Cr20Ni80电热合金电渣重熔铸锭温度分布的影响,采用Pro CAST软件中的CAF模块研究了冷却系数以及形核过冷度对Cr20Ni80电热合金铸锭微观组织的影响,并将模拟结果与实际生产的铸锭微观组织进行了比较分析。结果表明,Cr20Ni80电热合金电渣重熔铸锭的温度随冷却系数以及形核过冷度的增加而降低,柱状晶比例逐渐增大,铸锭底部的三角形晶区域也随着扩大。实际生产的Cr20Ni80电热合金电渣重熔的铸锭组织形貌与模拟结果比较接近。
The influence of cooling coefficient on the temperature distribution of ESR ingot for Cr20Ni80 electric alloy was studied by ANSYS software. The effect of cooling coefficient and undercooling on the microstructure of ingot of Cr20Ni80 electric heating alloy was studied by CAF module in Pro CAST software. , And the simulation results were compared with the actual production of ingot microstructure. The results show that the temperature of electroslag remelting ingot of Cr20Ni80 electrothermal alloy decreases with the increase of cooling coefficient and undercooling, and the proportion of columnar crystals increases gradually, and the triangular zone at the bottom of ingot expands with the increase of cooling coefficient and nucleation degree. The actual production of Cr20Ni80 electrothermal alloy electroslag remelting ingot morphology and simulation results are relatively close.
