为全面打造一支数量匹配、结构合理、素质优良的职业教育优秀教学团队,带动全市职教系统师资队伍建设,2011年初,南京市教育局正式启动优秀教学团队建设项目。成立了项目领导小组、专家组,明确了指导思想、建设目标.制定了团队遴选标准,完善了团队保障机制和评价体系。2012年分两批共遴选出60个优秀教学团队立项建设,其中专业课教学团队47个,公共基础课教学团队13个。2012年6月,组织首批立项的30个优秀教学团队负责人赴浙江大学参加高级研修班第一模块学习培训。2012年8月,组织第二批立项的30个优秀教学团队负责人到东南大学参加高级研修培训。2012年8月,建成并正式开通南京职业教育优秀教学团队专题网页(http://yxtd.njzj.net),及时介绍团队建设动态,分享团队建设经验和成果。
In order to fully create a number of matching, reasonable structure, excellent quality of vocational education outstanding teaching team, driving the city’s vocational education system teaching team construction, early 2011, Nanjing City Board of Education officially launched the outstanding teaching team building projects. A project leading group and a group of experts were established to clarify the guiding ideology and objectives of the project, formulate team selection criteria and improve the team guarantee mechanism and evaluation system. In 2012, a total of 60 excellent teaching teams were selected for project construction in two batches, including 47 specialized teaching teams and 13 public basic teaching teams. In June 2012, the organization organized the first batch of 30 outstanding teaching team leaders to go to Zhejiang University to attend the first module of senior seminar learning and training. In August 2012, 30 excellent teaching team leaders in the second batch of projects were organized to attend advanced training in Southeast University. In August 2012, the project website (http://yxtd.njzj.net) of Nanjing Excellent Teaching Team for Vocational Education was established and officially opened to introduce the progress of team building and share the team building experience and achievements.
