山东省淄博市沂源县地处沂蒙山腹地,是著名的革命老区。在抗日战争和解放战争时期,全县有2.3万人参军参战,2100多人负伤致残,1800多人壮烈牺牲。曾经的沂源,由于山多地少、土地瘠薄、经济基础薄弱,国家级重点贫困县的帽子一戴几十年;如今的沂源,已进入全省中等偏上发展水平,2010年实现年国内生产总值164亿元。经济跨越式发展的同时,各项社会事业也在蓬勃发展,民生不断得到改善。该县抓住经济发展机遇,实施农民素质提升工程,打造并锤炼“沂蒙山”劳务品牌的优势,带动农村劳动力转移就业,把一批批农民工打造成“金蓝领”。劳务经济的不断深化和循环升级,反过来又推动了经济的发展和民生的改善。
