党的十八届四中全会以来,海南省司法厅认真履行职责,多次召开党委会专题研究全省司法行政改革工作,研究制定了深化司法行政改革实施意见和贯彻实施方案,提出了九项改革事项,并积极稳妥推进各项改革工作,为我省社会和谐稳定、经济平稳健康发展做出了积极贡献。一是健全完善社区矫正制度;二是改革律师制度;三是完善法律援助制度;四是深化狱务公开;五是做好废止劳动教养制度后续工作;六是完善对社区服刑人员、戒毒人员、刑满释放人员的救助管理;七是普遍建立法律顾问团制度:八是完善人民调解组织和机制;九是进一步深化
