195-2C型柴油机的平衡轴比较容易断裂。据了解,大部分断裂在φ30gc(配206轴承)轴颈和φ25gc轴颈的交接处。对此类损坏的平衡轴,近年来我们上海地区,大多经修复后重新投入使用。现将我们采用的修理方法介绍如下。一、制作专用夹具 1.按图1先铸造出夹具毛坯。图中未注尺寸部分的厚度为15毫米(包括底部厚度),并要求A平面与B平面垂直。 2.根据花盘尺寸确定夹具上Ⅰ、Ⅱ两孔的相对位置及尺寸并钻孔。 3.将夹具装到车床花盘上。为保证φ30和φ25两孔与车床主轴大致同心,夹具与夹具上盖之间先不钻
