本文配合宣传第２８届“世界标准日”祝词：《世界贸易需要国际标准》，针对当前部分企业采用国际标准存在的主要认识问题，通过论述当前大力宣传“祝词”的必要性；国际标准化需要世界贸易来促进；世界贸易需要国际标准来支撑；当前我国采用国际标准需解决几个认识问题并阐明企业是采用国际标准的落脚点。
