穿龙薯蓣的资源调查与人工栽培

本文报导了穿龙薯蓣的产区分布及其生态环境,经半野生试验表明,采用无性繁殖方法,成活率高(约95.5%),薯蓣皂甙(Diogenin)的含量与野生者基本相同(2～4%)。

This paper reports the distribution of the producing area of ​​Dioscorea zingiberensis and its ecological environment. The semi-wild experiments show that the survival rate is high (about 95.5%) and the content of Diogenin is basically the same as that of the wild (2 ~ 4%).
