卵巢癌是全球第一致死的妇科肿瘤。E3泛素连接酶家族是泛素-蛋白酶体系统的重要成分,此家族包括很多蛋白质,可催化多种蛋白底物的泛素化,促进其被蛋白酶体系统降解。迄今为止,E3泛素连接酶在多种肿瘤细胞生物学过程中均发挥着重要作用,包括细胞增殖、凋亡及周期调控等。本文现就不同E3泛素连接酶在卵巢癌中的作用及相关的靶向治疗做一综述。
Ovarian cancer is the world’s number one lethal gynecological tumor. The E3 ubiquitin ligase family is an important component of the ubiquitin-proteasome system that includes many proteins that catalyze the ubiquitination of multiple protein substrates and promote their degradation by the proteasome system. To date, E3 ubiquitin ligases play important roles in a variety of tumor cell biology processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and cycle regulation. This article reviews the role of different E3 ubiquitin ligases in ovarian cancer and related targeted therapies.
