对镁质熔剂性球团性能及其原料特性进行了分析评价。依托现有原料条件,进行了镁质熔剂性球团的生产。结果表明,铁精粉及添加剂性能均能满足生产要求,其中,矿粉3中SiO_2含量仅为1.32%,Mg O含量3.33%,但粒度较粗,因此,配比不宜太高。与普通酸性球团相比,镁质熔剂性球团冶金性能得到全面改善,还原性提高9.7%,还原膨胀指数降低5%,荷重软化开始温度和终了温度分别提高27℃和28℃,开始滴落温度提高25℃,滴落区间降低33℃,特征值降低到240 k Pa·℃。
The properties and raw material properties of magnesia flux pellets were analyzed and evaluated. Relying on the existing raw material conditions, magnesia flux pellets were produced. The results show that the properties of iron powder and additives can meet the production requirements. Among them, the content of SiO_2 in slag 3 is only 1.32% and the content of MgO is 3.33%, but the particle size is coarse, so the ratio should not be too high.
