结合昆明某小区工程实例，根据预应力混凝土管桩的特点，对单桩竖向极限承载力静载试验数值模拟结果进行了分析，得出了管桩在昆明地区承载力的时效性，为预应力混凝土管桩的应力提供了指导。“,”Combining with the community engineering in Kunming as an example, according to the features of prestressed concrete pipe pile, the paper analyzes numerical simulation result of static load test of vertical bearing capacity of single pile, and finds out the time effect of pipe pile bearing capacity in Kunming region, which has provided guidance for the application of prestressed concrete pipe pile.
