目的:观察酸蚀加碱热(AAH)处理钛合金种植体表面早期诱导周围新骨形成情况。方法:24只SD大鼠分3组在其双侧胫骨随机植入打磨抛光钛合金种植体(S)、喷砂酸蚀处理(SLA)和酸蚀加碱热(AAH)。术后4周、8周进行荧光显微镜观察和骨形态计量学分析,比较各组新骨形成和骨结合情况。结果:AAH处理种植体周围新骨形成早于其他组;4周和8周时AAH处理种植体骨结合明显优于喷砂酸蚀组和钛合金组(P<0.05)。结论:AAH处理钛合金具有促进早期新骨形成和提高骨结合率的双重作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the early formation of new bone around the surface of titanium alloy implants treated with acid-base and alkali-heat (AAH). Methods: Twenty - four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: polished titanium alloy implant (S), sandblasting (SLA) and acid etching plus alkali heat (AAH). Four weeks and eight weeks after operation, fluorescence microscopy and bone morphometry analysis were performed to compare the new bone formation and bone union in each group. RESULTS: New bone formed around AAH was earlier than other groups. AAH treated bone implants at 4 and 8 weeks were significantly better than those treated by sandblasting and etching (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The AAH treatment of titanium alloy has the dual role of promoting early new bone formation and increasing the rate of bone union.
