本文在充分肯定我国现行科技奖励制度对鼓励发明创造,促进科技进步方面发挥了巨大作用的同时,对我国现行的科技奖励制度中存在的奖励对象的单一性、奖励形式的单一性、奖金来源的单一性,以及侧重于奖励成果和企业科技奖励工作薄弱等问题进行了较深入的分析,在借鉴国外科技奖励经验的基础上,有针对性地提出了完善我国科技奖励制度的几点建议。
