近年来,随着互联网的创新发展,网络在给人们生活带来便利的同时,也引发了大规模的网络群体性事件。不同于现实群体性事件,由于网络的匿名性和不确定性,给政府治理网络群体性事件增加了难度。文章通过对近几年学术界关于网络群体性事件治理对策研究现状的回顾,发现对于治理对策学术界仍集中在依靠政府发力这一范畴,提出应加强多元主体共治网群事件这一新角度的研究力度。
In recent years, with the innovation and development of the Internet, the network has brought convenience to people’s lives and also triggered a large-scale network mass incidents. Different from the real mass incidents, due to the anonymity and uncertainty of the network, it is more difficult for the government to manage the mass incidents of the network. Through reviewing the academic research on the countermeasures of cyber mass incidents in recent years, the essay finds that the academic circles for governance are still focusing on relying on the force of the government and put forward the suggestion that the multi-subject co-governance network should be strengthened The angle of research efforts.
