：
儿童血性胸水中直到癌细胞，并且X线示有骨转移者少见，现报告一例。病例患儿姚×，女，8岁。因无明显诱因的出现阵发性干咳3个月，近一月来伴间歇性发热，（37～41℃）。右下肢疼痛10天入院。
