采用溶胶-凝胶工艺并结合热处理方法制备NiO粉体,考察热处理温度对粉体组成、结构和形貌的影响,并初步研究了其电化学性能。结果表明:以醋酸镍为镍源,柠檬酸为络合剂,乙醇为溶剂,合成了均匀稳定的溶胶和凝胶,干凝胶前驱体在烧结过程中于400℃左右分解基本完全并逐渐有纳米晶NiO出现;随烧结温度的升高,NiO晶粒大小逐渐增加,晶形更加完整;在600℃×2 h烧结获得的粉体晶粒尺寸分布均匀,晶形较好且无明显团聚,表现出了较好的充放电性能。
NiO powder was prepared by sol-gel process combined with heat treatment. The effects of heat treatment temperature on the composition, structure and morphology of the powder were investigated. The electrochemical properties of the powder were also studied. The results showed that the uniform and stable sol and gel were synthesized with nickel acetate as nickel source, citric acid as complexing agent and ethanol as solvent. The precursor of xerogel decomposed almost completely at 400 ℃ during sintering and gradually With the increase of sintering temperature, the grain size of NiO gradually increases and the crystal form is more complete. The grain size distribution of powder obtained at 600 ℃ × 2 h is uniform, the crystal form is good and no agglomeration is apparent, Better charge and discharge performance.
