目的为了确定海南省流行的麻疹野病毒基因型别,从分子水平揭示麻疹的流行病学特点,为控制麻疹策略的制定提供本底资料。方法采用B95a细胞从麻疹爆发和散发病人咽拭子标本中分离麻疹病毒,用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)进行基因分型并测序。结果在57份疑似麻疹病例的咽拭子标本中,分离到14株麻疹病毒,经测序全部为H1基因型。结论引起海南省1999~2004年麻疹爆发和散发的病原为麻疹病毒H1基因型,尚未发现有其它基因型传入引起的麻疹病例。
Objective To determine the genotype of wild measles virus in Hainan Province and to reveal the epidemiological characteristics of measles at the molecular level to provide background information for the control of measles strategy. Methods Measles virus was isolated from the throat swab specimens of measles outbreaks and sporadic cases by B95a cells and genotyped and sequenced by reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT - PCR). Results Fourteen measles viruses were isolated from throat swabs of 57 suspected cases of measles, and all were sequenced as H1 genotypes. Conclusion The pathogen of measles virus (H1N1) that caused the outbreak of measles in 1999-2004 in Hainan Province was measles virus H1. No measles cases were found due to the introduction of other genotypes.
