企业改制的目的是在新的产权关系下促进企业的发展。但是,在改制完成以后,企业有了新的名称、新的法人代表、新的资产所有者并不等于解决了所有的问题。产权的变更只是迈出了第一步,新的企业在解除了历史债务和沉重的社会负担后依然面临艰巨而复杂的任务。
The purpose of enterprise restructuring is to promote the development of enterprises under the new property rights relationship. However, after the restructuring is completed, the company has a new name. The new legal representative and the new owner of the asset do not equal all the problems. The change of property rights is just the first step. New enterprises still face arduous and complicated tasks after lifting their historical debt and heavy social burden.
