目的:观察及评价黛力新(氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛)治疗伴精神因素的消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:对经胃镜证实为消化性溃疡患者用抑郁自评量表进行评定,将其中有明显精神因素的病例分为观察组144例,用常规消化性溃疡+黛力新治疗;对照组140例用常规消化性溃疡治疗。结果:观察组总有效率94.4%,对照组总有效率为74.3%。P<0.01,有统计学差异,未见严重不良反应。结论:黛力新用于佐治伴精神因素的消化性溃疡有良好疗效。
Objective: To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Deanxit (flupenthixol / melitrace) in the treatment of psychiatric peptic ulcer. Methods: The patients with peptic ulcer confirmed by endoscopy were evaluated by Self-rating Depression Scale. One hundred and forty-four cases with obvious psychiatric factors were divided into observation group and routine peptic ulcer and Deanxit. The control group, 140 cases With conventional peptic ulcer treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 94.4% in the observation group and 74.3% in the control group. P <0.01, with statistical differences, no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Deanxit used in patients with peptic ulcer with psychiatric factors has a good effect.
