我院采用内镜电化学加局部注射化疗药物治疗中晚期食道癌，取得了满意的结果，现报告如下。１ 临床资料１．１ 一般资料：本组为严重吞咽困难、失去手术时机的中晚期食道癌患者３６例，男２７例，女９例，平均年龄６３．８岁。均为食道中下段癌，癌肿平均长度为６．２ｃｍ。
In our hospital, endoscopic electrochemotherapy plus local injection chemotherapy was used to treat advanced esophageal cancer. Satisfactory results were obtained. The report is as follows. 1 clinical data 1.1 General information: This group is a serious dysphagia, lost the opportunity of surgery in patients with advanced esophageal cancer in 36 cases, 27 males and 9 females, mean age 63.8 years. All patients were middle and lower esophageal cancers. The average length of cancer was 6.2 cm.
