近期,山西、陕西、宁夏等中西部省份的综合保税区相继通过了国家10部委验收,目前全国已建成验收的综合保税区数量增加到了27个。国家发改委数据显示,今年1~7月,我国综合保税区外贸进出口总额达到了976.2亿美元,同比增长12.5%,远高于同期全国进出口增长速度。目前,中国沿海省份、中部6省以及西部的陕西、新疆、宁夏等大部分省都已经建成了各自的综合保税区。截止2013年1月份,国务院批准设立的综合保税区已经达到31个,其中4个还在建
Recently, the comprehensive free trade zones in the central and western provinces such as Shanxi, Shaanxi and Ningxia have successively passed the inspection of 10 ministries and commissions of the state. At present, the number of comprehensive bonded zones that have been completed and checked in throughout the country has increased to 27. National Development and Reform Commission data show that from January to July this year, China’s total bonded import and export volume reached 97.62 billion US dollars, an increase of 12.5%, much higher than the same period the national import and export growth rate. At present, most of the provinces in China’s coastal provinces, the central six provinces and the western Shaanxi, Xinjiang and Ningxia have all established their own comprehensive free trade zones. As of January 2013, the State Council approved the establishment of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone has reached 31, of which four are still under construction
