本文报告以诺氏疟原虫红内期无性体为模型,在恒河猴体内测定青蒿琥酯和二盐酸奎宁静脉给药后的杀虫速度和治愈效果。结果表明,青蒿琥酯的杀虫速度比二盐酸奎宁快,治愈效果优于二盐酸奎宁。
In this paper, Plasmodium knowlesi was used as a model to determine the insecticidal rate and the healing effect of artesunate and quinine dihydrochloride intravenously in rhesus monkeys. The results showed that artesunate faster than quinine dihydrochloride, the cure is better than quinine dihydrochloride.
