目前油田部份抽油井,套管压力较高,有的井套压达40大气压以上,严重的影响了泵效和油井产量。以往采用人工间歇放套管气,来保证油井正常生产。工人同志们为了解决这一问题,大搞技术革新,他们应用“优选法”把安全阀改为自动放气阀,安装在套管闸门出口处,自动地控制套管压力,进行放气。这样不但减轻了劳动强度,而且能平稳地控制套管压力,使油井正常生产。一、套管自动放气阀及其安装流程
At present, some pumping wells in the oilfield have higher casing pressure and some well casing pressures up to 40 atm, which seriously affect the pump efficiency and well production. In the past, artificial intermittent tube gas was used to ensure the normal production of oil wells. In order to solve this problem, the workers’ comrades engaged in technological innovation. They changed the safety valve into an automatic deflation valve by using the “preferred method” and installed the exit of the bushing gate to automatically control the pressure of the bushing and deflate it. This will not only reduce the labor intensity, but also smooth control of casing pressure, the normal production wells. First, the automatic casing valve and the installation process
