目的:观察和分析肺癌患者临床病理特征。方法:通过对我院和宜都市第二人民医院2008年1月-2010年1月期间收治的60例肺癌患者临床资料进行搜集,回顾性分析肺癌的临床病理特征。结果:通过对肺癌患者按照组织学相关标准进行分类可知,腺癌、鳞状细胞癌、腺棘细胞癌3年生存率明显高于细支气管肺泡癌、未分化癌3年生存率,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腺癌、鳞状细胞癌、腺棘细胞癌3年生存率之间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对患者预后影响因素进行分析可知,分化程度、远处转移、治疗方法、血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、血清细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFR21-1)是肺癌患者预后主要影响因素。结论:对肺癌临床病理进行分析,并实施针对性健康宣教,提高人们对肺癌早期症状的认知水平,可有效提高肺癌早期发现率及改善预后,延长生存时间。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinicopathological features of lung cancer patients. Methods: The clinical data of 60 patients with lung cancer admitted from January 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital and the Second People’s Hospital of Yidu City were collected. The clinicopathological features of lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results: According to histological classification of lung cancer patients, the 3-year survival rate of adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of bronchial alveolar carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma, the difference was significant Statistical significance (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the 3-year survival rate between adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma (P> 0.05). The prognosis of patients with lung cancer analysis of factors that the degree of differentiation, distant metastasis, treatment, serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), serum cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFR21-1) prognosis of lung cancer are the main factors. Conclusion: The clinicopathological analysis of lung cancer and the implementation of targeted health education to improve people ’s cognition of early symptoms of lung cancer can effectively improve the early detection rate of lung cancer and improve the prognosis and prolong the survival time.
