血小板粘附、聚集和释放反应在血栓形成过程中起着重要的作用。血小板功能抑制药物,试用于防治心肌梗塞等血管栓塞症有一定的效果。以活血化瘀药为主的冠心Ⅱ号治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较好的疗效.在实验研究方面表明能抑制 ADP 和胶元诱导的血小板聚集。本文报道该方对胶元诱导血小板5-羟色胺(5-HT)释放反应及对血小板超微结构的影响。
Platelet adhesion, aggregation and release reactions play an important role in the thrombogenesis process. Platelet function inhibitory drugs have been used for the prevention and treatment of vascular embolism such as myocardial infarction. Guanxin II, which is mainly based on blood circulation and phlegm-removing drugs, has a good curative effect in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Experimental studies have shown that it can inhibit ADP and collagen-induced platelet aggregation. This article reports the effect of this prescription on collagen-induced platelet 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) release and platelet ultrastructure.
