目的观察儿童外伤性白内障摘出联合前段玻璃体切除术效果。方法59例行白内障囊外摘出联合前段玻璃体切除和人工晶状体囊袋内植入，术后平均随访20月。结果脱盲率为100％，脱残率为88.14％，矫正视力>0．5者占71.18％。20．33％有一定程度人工晶状体夹持，5．08％发生后发障。结论本术式是安全的，显著减少了术中及术后并发症，使多数患儿建立了良好的视功能。
Objective To observe the effect of anterior vitrectomy combined with traumatic cataract extraction in children. Methods 59 cases of extracapsular cataract extraction combined with anterior vitrectomy and intraocular lens implantation, after an average follow-up of 20 months. Results The blindness rate was 100%, the disability rate was 88.14%, and the corrected visual acuity> 0.5 was 71.18%. 20.33% there is a certain degree of intraocular lens clamping, 5.08% occurred after the fault. Conclusion This procedure is safe, significantly reducing the intraoperative and postoperative complications, so that most children have established a good visual function.
