目的研究肝细胞生成因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)在氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low density lipoprotein,Ox-LDL)诱导的血管平滑肌细胞钙化中的作用。方法本研究采用细胞钙化体外模型,检测HGF的浓度和细胞钙化程度。结果 Ox-LDL能促进血管平滑肌细胞钙化,同时上调HGF的表达水平。抑制HGF能减轻Ox-LDL诱导的细胞钙化。结论 HGF参与了Ox-LDL诱导的血管平滑肌细胞钙化。
Objective To investigate the role of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in the calcification of vascular smooth muscle cells induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL). Methods In this study, cell calcification in vitro model to detect the concentration of HGF and cell calcification. Results Ox-LDL promoted the calcification of vascular smooth muscle cells and up-regulated the expression of HGF. Inhibition of HGF attenuated Ox-LDL-induced cellular calcification. Conclusion HGF participates in Ox-LDL-induced calcification of vascular smooth muscle cells.
