偉大的十月社會主義革命節是全世界勞動人民歡慶的日子。在這個偉大革命勝利的四十年代裹,蘇聯人民在黨和政府的正確領導下,經歷了艱苦鬥爭和辛勤勞動終於戰勝了一切內外敵人建立了第一個繁榮幸福的社會主義國家。在科學領域裹,蘇聯在短短的四十年間,不獨趕上而且遠遠超過了資本主義國家,登上了現代科學的最高峯。中國人民和全世界愛好和平的人民都懷著無比興奮的心情,祝賀蘇聯建國以來的偉大勝利,祝賀蘇聯人民和科學家們在建立原子發電站,發射洲際導彈和人造衛星等一系列的輝煌勝利和對於人類和平事業的偉大貢獻。正在沿著社會主義道路前進的中國人民永遠是以蘇聯作爲自己的榜樣。解放以來,我們得到蘇聯共產黨,蘇聯政府和人民的關懷,派遣了自己最優秀的專家敎授到我校講學,傳播蘇聯先進科學。在他們忘我的勞動和真誠無私的幫助下,爲我校和兄弟學院改進了敎學,開展了科學研究,培養了師資,不斷提高了學術水平,這種偉大的國際主義精神是我們永誌不忘的。從提高學術水平,開展科學研究方面來講,蘇聯專家對我們的幫助首先在於傳播了蘇聯的先進科學,使我們學會用辯證唯物主義的觀點和方法進行分析研究,來認識客觀事物
The great October socialist revolutionary festival is the day when the working people around the world celebrate.
