石景山热电厂原有 8.5E(ZQM - 2 16型 )中速磨煤机 ,由于它的一些缺点需改换成ZGM - 95G型磨煤机。在改造工程中 ,由于场地的限制 ,要使用弹簧隔振基础。在浇注了台座块混凝土基础后 ,进行了弹簧隔振元件的安装。磨煤机运行后 ,对弹簧隔振基础的振动进行了测试。测试结果表明 :磨煤机隔振基础的隔振效率高 ,1号炉达到 90 % ,3号炉达到 91% ,与未安装弹簧隔振基础的 2号炉和 4号炉相比 ,隔振效果显著。
