高职院校教学改革的根本目的是提高教学质量和促进就业工作,其核心是根据本校服务方向、专业设置和学生成才规律,探索适合本校实际的人才培养模式和创新教学组织方式。我们在办学的实践过程中认识到,一是坚定校企合作的办学机制,推行产学结合、工学交替的人才培养模式;二是以校内外实训基地为依托,以生产性、任务性教学项目为导向,组织按专业类别为教学周期的产学教学链,各专业基于工作过程集知识、能力、素质紧密结合而形成的工学交替单元包课程体系和基于学生职业创业规划于教学全过程的“2+1”教学组织方式是比较适合本校人才培养实际的。
The fundamental purpose of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges is to improve the quality of teaching and promote employment. The core of this reform is to explore the practical training mode and innovative teaching organization suitable for our school according to the service orientation, professional setting and the law of student success.
