胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)是一种与胰岛素结构相似的多肽,具有促进细胞生长、功能分化及类似胰岛素的营养、代谢作用。在基础研究和临床应用中有重要的应用价值,目前在国外已作为侏儒症患者治疗效果的临床观察指标,其人工合成产物正尝试作为治疗部分胰岛素抵抗糖尿病的治疗药物,它在糖尿病慢性并发症发生、发展中的作用也日益受到重视。国内这方面的研究很少,对国人正常人群的IGF-I水平变化特点不甚了解,在我们的系列研究中,作为正常对照,对156例20岁以上正常人群进行了IGF-I水平IRMA分析,现报道如下,供临床参考。
