目的:探讨痹肿消汤对胶原诱导性关节炎(collageninducedarthritis,CIA大鼠的作用机制。)方法:用含588个基因克隆的大鼠cDNA微阵列研究CIA大鼠经痹肿消汤干预前后的滑膜基因表达谱。结果:痹肿消汤干预后大鼠差异表达基因共有29个,其中上调基因8个,下调基因21个。结论:痹肿消汤通过对多基因、多靶点的调控,可改善患者关节疼痛等功能障碍,是治疗类风湿关节炎rheumatoidarthritis,RA的有效方剂。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qizhongxiao Decoction on collageninduced arthritis (CIA). Methods: Using a cDNA microarray containing 588 gene clones to study the pre-and post-intervention of CIA rats treated with Huanxixiao Decoction. Synovial gene expression profile. RESULTS: A total of 29 differentially expressed genes were identified in rats after intervention of Zhuo Xia Xiao Tang, of which 8 were up-regulated and 21 were down-regulated. Conclusion: The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an effective prescription for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis by controlling multiple genes and multiple targets.
